Building was purchased in March, 2019 for $3,380,000 (including closing costs, renovation budget etc.).

Loan on purchase was $2,455,000 and Equity investment was $925,000.

In October 2021 we have re-financed the property at a value of $4,200,000, and lowered the interest rate on the loan from 5.21% to 3.11%. In addition and got $325,000 of our initial investment back.

In August 2022 we have sold the building for a record breaking price for the area of $5,200,000.
