Prior to relocating to Florida to work with Metropolitan Property Group Florida, LLC, now Astra Property Group, John was the exclusive agent for more than 400 apartments in each, handling all of the rentals, screening materials and more.
Johnathan’s extensive experience in acquisitions, debt financing, project management, and property management, make Johnathan the ideal person to handle your investments as he truly understands all facets of a project and how they are all intertwined.. Jonathan currently has $60M in AUM and the portfolio has continued to grow year over year.
